How staffbay works for Employers
Whether you're searching for a Permanent Employee or Contractor the process is exactly the same.
When you place a job you can can search the whole database in just one click, it's the "Find Candidates" button that will deliver you an instant short list against Location, Salary (+/- 10%) Job Sector and Sub Sector. When new candidates come onto the site that match your job you'll be alerted to them too as long as your job is still live.
staffbay works like this:
- Create your profile, your "CUs" including your company logo and video
- Complete your "About Us"
- Create your job adverts with video
- Search for candidates and review their multimedia profiles
- Make contact and let the site keep track through Skype or staffbay instant messaging
- Arrange interviews, meetings, associated testing etc
- Select your best candidate
- Make your offers via the site

Contractors
If you haven't worked using contractors before don't worry, there are a great number of benefits for you, just go through the normal selection process, agree your rates with your contractor, agree your offer, then contact Giant.
Giant is our preferred supplier to take on employment and payroll duties via their Giant umbrella service.
Giant will take on the direct employment, insurance liability and payroll of your contractors via their Giant umbrella service. Simply refer your contractor to Giant and they’ll take over the rest. There is no cost incurred to you, and you'll have NO further mark up to pay on top of your contractors rates, it really is that simple.
Process:
- The Contractor signs up with Giant
- Giant sign a contract with you
- The Contractor is able to submit timesheets/expenses
- Giant will invoice you
- Giant receive cleared funds from you and process the pay and payroll
* the Contractor will be paid via same day CHAPS as soon as cleared funds are received.
