The first office was opened in the UK in June 1999 and began operating very successfully, quickly developing a reputation for its high quality services and world-class customer care. Now with 45 franchises, they have established themselves as one of the brightest new franchise systems in the UK. In 2006 the executive team of Express Worldwide opened operations in the United States called InXpress where there are now 44 franchised offices. 2008 saw the first InXpress master licensee come on board in Australia and in 2009 InXpress setup InXpress Singapore operating the Asia Pacific region. For many year Express Worldwide was part of the InXpress group and as of the June 2011, Express Worldwide rebranded as InXpress.

The carrier"s services are sold and managed by a sales force that they do not have to hire, train, or compensate.
