LEMA are now looking for an additional staff member to join their Academy team to take responsibility for sourcing suitable employment opportunities for our Apprentices. You will be responsible for managing the process through to successful placement. You will be working within the Engineering sector. You are required to have experience of working in a recruitment/engineering environment and achieving challenging pre set targets.
