Today, Warranty Direct not only sells the warranties but also handles the claims processes. Over the past 14 years Warranty Direct has consistently been the innovators for the sector, with the customer at the forefront of everything the Company undertakes. Over recent years, Warranty Direct has built strong partnerships with leading brands including Auto Trader, What Car?, Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail, The Times and Confused.com and as a result joined the Cardif Pinnacle group in 2008.
