This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a fast growing Travel Specialist who is currently looking for a Junior PA with some basic HR knowledge, at their offices in Farringdon.
This is a new role due to expansion and the increasing number of staff this is a new role which will encompass supporting the two Directors and their EA for all administration whilst ensuring the smooth running of all HR procedures and administration
+ Support Directors and their EA on a day to day basis
+ Ad-hoc administration and filing for EA/Directors
+ General HR administration
+ Assisting with payroll, bonuses and overtime
+ Coordination of all holiday planners and shift rotas
+ Recording all sickness and absence
+ Reviewing CV’s and interviewing candidates
+ Organisation and admin of all reviews
+ Co-ordination of the induction process
+ Co-ordinating staff training and development
+ Meeting and greeting guests and clients to the offices
Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail with first class communication skills both written and verbal are a must. You will also ideally have had exposure to HR or recruitment.
