Currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading clients in the casting and forging industry for a Business Unit Manager for their site in South Wales. The successful candidate will be tasked with autonomously running a complex business unit, bringing strategic direction, along with a strong focus on developing and improving manufacturing procedures. They will have full P&L responsibility for the site and be responsible for supporting the senior management team. The role realistically requires someone that can analyse the operation, be confident in making decisions and act with speed. There are high expectations in place for the successful candidate, and performance to these will be rewarded accordingly.
