Job Description

£25,000 OTE

To understand the aspirations and requirements of each customer and utilise the resources available in terms of labour and vehicle to provide them with the means to achieve targets often working to tight schedules.
Manage team resources effectively, making decisions based on real time situations, taking account of cost, customer, labour and legislation.
Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the brand, procedures, compliance requirements and also other processes.
Coach and develop team members to increase and improve capability.
Provide opportunities through coaching and development that meet individual aspirations.
Create an environment where people want to work, know what is expected of them and display positive behaviours that customers and colleagues want to see.
Embrace change initiatives that add value
Identify areas for continuous improvement by coming up with solutions and recommendations for change.
