You will be expected to co-ordinate the design team managing workloads within Fire Defence Group. Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not exhaustive of:• Manage workloads across in-house and sub contractors.• Improve drawing accuracy and presentation.• Improve efficiency of design – cost savings by best practice.• Manage design reviews, processes and the results.• Liaise with 3rd party auditors.• Ensure procedures are adhered to across the business.• CPD of design team.• Prepare designs and principles of design for estimators and on occasion consultants
