Job Title: Finance Administrator

Location: Ipswich

Salary: Competitive

Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

- Raising and sending customer invoices
- Bank Account reconciliation
- Assisting other members of the Finance team with month-end result production and reporting
- Basic accounting system administration and postings
- Ensuring payments are received on time


About You:

- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Detail-orientated with a keen eye for detail
- Achieved grade 4 or above in English and Maths.
- Previous experience in a finance role
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a logical and process-driven manner
- A natural inquisitiveness and problem-solving approach to tasks, enabling you to work with initiative to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Good Excel skills
- Outstanding communications skills - both written and verbal


Future prospects:

- An opportunity to study an accountancy qualification (AAT) and then progress within the finance team.


- This role will be desk based and the successful candidate will work on a computer with 2 screens.
