We're looking for someone to join our existing support team in providing first line support to
our customers. Support includes broadband fault diagnostic, reporting and tracking,
keeping customers updated during the process. Providing support on other products and
services that we offer, including email, web/ftp, router and firewall configuration.
It requires that our procedures demonstrate our ability, at all times, to adhere to national standards of IT service and supply.
As well as working within the company, you shall be assessed within the work place and be required to attend block release at NiTP Training Acadamy, Cornwall House, 31 Lionel Street, Birmingham, B3 1AP
The Apprenticeship lasts 12 months, and the training salary is £2.60 per hour. The programme is a Level 3 course which consists of 1 week in training and the other with your employer, who will choose your wages from a minimum of £2.60 per hour.
