Pay Rate: GBP12.00

Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 42 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for?A Front Of House Reception Officer ?to join our passionate and driven team based at our client`s site in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be providing an efficient and effective Security Service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained across the site.
- Greet, assist, and direct candidates/new hires/visitors and the general public to the appropriate staff member
- Issue of ID and access badges for new hires/vendors/visitors and maintaining a record.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone, email, and other queries
- Book onsite meeting rooms and hospitality as per client requests
- Liaise with site managing agent and site security.
- You will have a high standard of professionalism and be extremely security conscious.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the assigned shifts.
- To promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with the policies and directive.
- General Receptionist Duties.
- To adhere to the company`s dress code and wear correct uniform.
- To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company`s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.

- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- A drive to succeed by working as part of a close-knit team
- We want to see enthusiasm, a proactive attitude and your ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- You need to be well presented, punctual and focused on attention to detail.
- A Criminal Record Check, employment history and Right to Work check.
- SIA LICENSE Is a requirement.
- CCTV License Desirable
