This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Operations Manager to join a leading Metals business, supplying a variety of industries including Oil & Gas, Automotive and Aerospace. Our client has identified a need to develop successors in the organisation and is looking to recruit graduates who have the desire to progress quickly within the manufacturing industry. The successful applicant will receive close mentoring and training from a senior director in all areas of operations management, so that they are able to run their own business unit in the near future. Due to the nature of the vacancy the role would suit an individual from a Steel Industry/ Hot Metal Working/ Furnaces/ Foundry/ Forge environment.
