IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience, ideally within the HR sector but not limited to the finance, legal or marketing sectors
Have excellent customer service skills and be ready to meet with clients face to face as well as on the phones
Be target driven and motivated by high bonus earnings
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You will be a strong team player who performs will in a competitive market place.
You will be an effective negotiator, have excellent presentation skills, and able to maintain accurate administrative records.
