Job Description

You would be joining a small but dynamic team of IT support engineers based in Stirling. We have contract support clients whose systems we support on a daily basis. Your job would be to run the team, deal with clients and report to our MD.

Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the support process – from assigning tasks to team members to mentoring the team and passing on skills and knowledge.
All members of the team will build computers, install software, remove viruses, recover data and diagnose faults with local and remote systems. You will be required to support the staff in these areas and ensure that high standards are maintained and best practices are followed.
We use bespoke software to manage our Managed Services Platform and our Workflow Management. Full training will be provided in both of these.
