Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Supervisor to join our passionate and driven team based at our client`s site in Inverness-Shire

To enable OCS Services Ltd supervisory team to carry out their role efficiently by carrying out various duties and responsibilities in accordance with established procedures and compliance with ACS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- To conduct all mobile patrol visits, according to the current supplied schedule
- To carry out keyholder alarm responses as required or instructed
- To enforce the Company disciplinary code and standards
- To carry out supervisory site visits as and when required
- To maintain the highest levels of customer service at all times
- You will also be expected to gain a sound working knowledge of all assignments within your area of responsibility in order for you to assist and contribute positively employee during an incident and to enable you to instruct any
- Mobile supervisors will liaise with CSMs and the UK Help Centre staff on a daily basis in order to identify specific tasks that may be required to be carried out, and to collate any information that will assist in the professional running of Profile`s services. employee in the general running of the customers premises.
- Ensure that the mobile patrol vehicle is inspected for unreported damage and to ensure the vehicle complies with all road traffic laws and requirements.
- In the event of a major incident occurring on an assignment within your area, the UK Help centre will dispatch you to the said location and you must ensure that you attend as soon as possible.
- The mobile supervisor will always be alert to the possibilities of potential new business or the adding to existing business.


About You:

- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- You may be required to work day shifts and / or night shifts as required. You will generally be working 12 hour shifts on a rolling roster or as detailed by your Scheduler and Area Managers.
- Parking available, uniform provided must have SIA and drivers license.
