Job Description:
We need an exceptional Graphic Designer to bring a high level of creativity to cutting edge projects. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, seasoned designer with experience in packaging graphics and the ability to multitask and produce impressive design solutions that communicate brand initiatives and objectives clearly. The perfect candidate has an outstanding portfolio that showcases strong creative vision and cutting edge design solutions. This is a permanent, full-time (40 hours/week), in-office position.

The candidate must be organised, detail oriented, and have good communication skills. Passionate, self-motivated, an independently creative person, who has fresh ideas and can execute high calibre work. Must be a self-starter and who can confidently work independently. Have the confidence and talent to execute design solutions on your own.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of layout design for various types of packaging.
• Apply professional design skills to create packaging graphics and other marketing collateral.
• Uses sophisticated design software in Adobe Creative Suite to execute ideas and prepare files for both electronic and print usage.
• Develop creative briefs by gathering information and data to clarify project objectives and overall design issues.
• High proficiency in Adobe CS, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign CS, CorelDraw Essentials, Pro | Engineer Wildfire 3.0, Power point
• Strong ability in HTML/CSS, Flash (with adherence to web standards, accessibility, and best practices)

• Thorough knowledge of visual design principals; graphic design, layout, typography, colour, icon development, corporate identity and branding.
• Experience in coordinating the day-to-day production and design of projects with Company Director
• Execute design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs and company business strategy
• Must be exceptionally organized, self motivated, deadline-oriented, with effective communication skills.
• Expert level skills in Adobe CS5 Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
• Speak and write English to a fluent and Mother tongue level.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years branding and Industrial packaging design experience Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum
