We are seeking proactive people with a preference for action. You will be working alongside professional sales staff in a positive and friendly environment which makes our business an enjoyable place to work.
The role involves contacting B2C customers with a view to helping them reclaim mis-sold PPI policies. We offer a no win no fee service and do not ask for money up front. This is a business where we are all well rewarded for our success.
Successful candidates will need to be a strong communicator who is able to develop quick rapport with customers through a tailored and helpful approach. We are also looking for people who display a collaborative style of working with their colleagues. Full training will be provided for applicants, and progression within the organisation is actively encouraged.
In return we offer a generous commission structure which is un-capped and have weekly staff social activities, where recent trips to Indoor golf and chill factor have helped to cement the great atmosphere and team bond we have here.
