Hours per week: Variable Shift Rota - 42 hours per week

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for?A Security Officer ?to join our passionate and driven team based at our client`s site in the Thurrock Area.

This vacancy is for weekend work on a construction site, you will undertake duties including access and egress control to site, managing visitors,, monitor CCTV , complete reports and many more.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will be providing an efficient and effective Security Service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained across the site.
- Managing the access and egress of the site completing logs where required.
- Regular site patrols, check calls and reporting of incidents.
- Managing access and egress to site ]
- You will have a high standard of professionalism and be extremely security conscious.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises during the assigned shifts.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- To ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service.
- To promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with the policies and directive.
- To maintain logs of messages and arrival of visitors.
- To adhere to the company`s dress code and wear correct uniform.
- To fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the company`s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans.
- To comply with the company`s policies, management plans and procedures.


About You:

- Previous experience in a busy security role
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- A drive to succeed by working as part of a close-knit team
- We want to see enthusiasm, a proactive attitude and your ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- You need to be well presented, punctual and focused on attention to detail.
- A Criminal Record Check employment history and Right to Work check.
- SIA LICENSE Is a requirement.
- Driving License is Required
