Senior Recruitment Consultant HR - Oxford

- Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

CLIENT
Our client has been in business since 2003 has 5 specialist areas; Office Support, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Finance & Accountancy and Logistics. They have offices all over the UK, including Northampton, Milton Keynes and are opening a brand new office in Oxford.


THE ROLE
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for helping set up a brand new branch in the Oxford area. You will help win new businesses and make sure that the new branch hits the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is willing to work hard and build this new branch from the ground up. A background in HR recruitment is preferable, however people who have excelled in other sectors will be considered.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Will have at least 3-4 years of recruitment experience and a stable CV
- Will be confident helping set up a new branch
- Will live within a sensible commute of Oxford
- Will know the area well
- Will be confident and capable of taking detailed job specification, writing & placing vacancies, interviewing both face to face and over the phone
