Job Description

The Software Developer will lead design and development of key software applications with WPF, Visual Studio and C#.NET. In-depth knowledge and experience on application software development are required. Excellent design patterns and development methodology must be employed. Essential job responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as well.
- Lead the design and development of software applications on both Windows client and server environments with C#.NET.
- Analyse business requirements and technical specifications, and architect solutions with high performance.
- Work with a team software developers to deliver products on time.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will contribute to the development and deployment of Apperception’s Service framework by personally implementing complex, specialized or highly technical components of the system. Typically this would require several years of experience analyzing, designing and developing Windows applications using WPF. Our ideal candidate will participate in the implementation of solutions that employ leading edge technologies such as Visual Studio, .NET, ASP, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server, XML, ADO and Team Foundation Server; and by evaluating and selecting new technologies that are related to both the front-end and back-end of e-commerce solutions. Experience of working with Sharepoint is highly desirable.

The development plan is to extend the existing framework to provide a distributed architecture for delivering the services. This will require some re-engineering of existing systems whilst continuing to develop additional functionality.
