Job Description

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at The Compasses at Pattiswick. Voted Best Gastro Pub and Best Restaurant in Essex this year, we are looking for someone who is willing to take on this vital roll in the kitchen with passion and enthusiasm.
You will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and running the kitchen for two days each week in his absence.
