We are currently looking to recruit a talented and committed sous chef to complete our kitchen team. We are 25 bedrooms Country Inn with function faculties offering traditional choice menu. Our food is freshly prepared on site, we offer a wide range of dishes throughout the whole day.. We produce high quality, high volume fresh food in relaxed and comfortable surroundings.
The right candidate will have experience in working in a similar role for a few years and be passionate about food, a keen eye for detail, have good people skills and have experience with ordering, stocks, portion control and relevant health, hygiene and safety regulations.

Pay is depending on experience
