Support Worker – Warrington

Parkwood Healthcare Ltd are currently seeking a Support Worker to work in the Warrington area providing care and support to people with learning disabilities

Support them with all aspects of daily life to enable integration into the community.
Attend to their physical and emotional needs, ensuring the highest possible standard of health also involving them in all decisions and choices that affect them.
Provide support with budgeting and managing money, treating them with respect, maintaining their dignity and confidentiality at all times.
Understand their needs to attain the highest level of independence possible.
