Job Description

Our client is looking for two Telesales Car Buyers

They are an innovative online car buying company, based in Nottingham and are a very unique organization.

THE JOB:

Following-up website generated enquiries from people and companies looking to sell their cars

Requalifying these enquiries to ensure accurate data supplied to Managing Director for valuation purposes

Building rapport with and ENGAGING the customer

Analyze current market place for examples of competing similar cars for sale

Marketing selected cars to internal and external databases


Liaise with administration and accounts departments to ensure efficient and timely viewings and purchases


Manage customer experience throughout

Plan daily activity to ensure effective enquiry management


Receiving inbound call from individuals who are looking to sell their vehicle or companies that are looking to sell a fleet of vehicles or administrators selling off assets.


Dealing with high end customers who do not wish to sell publicly and wish to remain anonymous so seller confidentiality must be explained to reassure the customer.


Advising the caller of the service that you offer.


Advising of any financial aspects that the sale of the vehicle may impose i.e. paying off finance if applicable.


Assuring the potential customer of the benefits of using you company and banishing any doubts or pre conceptions that they may have.


The person



Educated to at least GCSE level; more than 12 months experience in a sales role.


Be well organized and able to balance several different tasks at once.


Have sound decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound recommendations to senior management if the proposed solution is above your level of authority.


Have good analytical skills; self-motivated; excellent command of English with good oral and written skills; excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills;


Pay attention to great accuracy and attention to detail, together with the ability to adhere to agreed timescales.


You will possess drive, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a polite and professional telephone manner.
