Job Description

Elyzium is a growing Bolton based IT Company, with customers all over the UK & Ireland. Elyzium is a Premier IBM Business Partner with a 13 year track record in delivering software, services and training to large blue chip organisations.

As part of Elyzium’s expansion, we are looking to provide the highest levels of technical support to our IBM Tivoli customers. Branded as Xpertcare (XXXXX), we are looking for an individual who has a strong IT background, who will run the helpdesk, manage customer problems and proactively develop the support offering. Training will be given on the Tivoli products by Elyzium’s certified instructors as part of the individual’s personal development.

The role will also involve development & customisation of scripts and programs to integrate and enhance the Tivoli solutions Elyzium provides for its customers. This is a great opportunity for an individual to set up and shape what will be a significant part of Elyzium’s business.
