Location: London EC2A 2BX

Position: Permanent

Salary: GBP50-85k/ year

Senior/ Lead Planner

This role is for a high performing individual to join our planning team. The person must have a strong Civils or M&E background, and experience working on major construction / refurbishment projects. Previous experience working with the main client would be advantageous.

A summary for the role:

- Project planning using Primavera P6.
- Civil works or M&E planning background on a large construction/ refurbishment project.
- Ability to build programmes from concept designs.
- NEC 3/4.
- Lead / Senior Planner as part of the CMR project controls community.
- Project Value greater than GBP1bn+ located in London.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong Civil works or M&E background
- Expert Level Primavera P6 skills
- Experience with management of NEC3/4 contract

- Experience working on GBP1bn+ projects
- Ability to build programmes from concept designs
- Good level Excel skills
- Updating milestone reports
- Knowledge of risk-based schedule management using QSRA
- Strong communicator in English
- Full right to work in the UK
