Better Healthcare Specialist Team works with adults and young children with long term clinical needs within the community.

Our specialist team supports clients with Acquired brain Injury (ABI), Ventilated conditions, Spinal cord injury, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Mental health and many other complexities.

Better Healthcare are looking to recruit carers wishing to work within this sector. We have positions available in Brighton and Hove, and East Sussex.

We currently have two packages that we are looking to urgently recruit for;

One of our clients has a diagnosed eating disorder and OCD, so experience in this field would be helpful, however training provided for an experienced support worker. Shifts are varied and flexible.

Our other clients who is 29years old, has epilepsy and challenging behaviour, requires two carers during the day and night staff. the hours would be between 9 - 15 hour shifts. Experience in challenging behaviour would be beneficial however again training provided to the right candidate.
