Start with your current job and work backwards. For your privacy your profile will NOT show the name of your current Employer although you do enter it, it will be visual to you only. Be comprehensive, remember to request a reference from your previous Employers from here too, its quick and simple. You’re aiming to paint a picture of yourself to prospective Employers.

Employers want staff with commitment, enthusiasm and drive, so make this clear for each job.

If you have gaps between jobs, enter the appropriate information as another job. Whether you were between jobs, having children, caring for a family member, or volunteering, you can explain more about the situation elsewhere in your profile.

Don’t forget to upload any documents to the section for Qualifications, Skills and CV, (again for privacy remove your personal contact info) this will help your quest in the Careers market place and when complimented with a video will show you off like never before to prospective Employers.
