Take the chance to introduce yourself and show the side of your personality which will make you stand out as a candidate. It doesn't have to be complicated – talking straight to your webcam is fine – and it only needs to be a maximum of two minutes.

Think about what you're going to say, and perhaps note down some bullet points before you start. But it's best not to read out a script. Unless you're a professional actor you'll almost certainly sound dull and unnatural.
