Job Description

Support for both software & hardware via telephone, email and remote access, call logging and customer call back. Working as part of a busy team based in Haslingden covering 7 days a week on a rota basis with shifts split to cover the hours from 8am to 8pm weekdays, 9am to 6pm Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays
