Are you a competent Account Manager and have experience in managing multiple accounts? Are you looking to move away from new business sales and focus on a core account base? Your Account Manager Role:

Ideally, you will have experience in an Account Management role but we know our training team can give you the tools that you require to succeed. What is most important is your ability to manage your own workload and interact with a range of customers. Your Role and Responsibilities will include:

- Working with a range of customers from small businesses to large corporates
- Provide excellent customer service and support handling a range of queries and issues
- Analyse your customers accounts on a monthly basis to identify growth opportunities or potential savings for your customers
- Keeping in regular contact and developing relationships quickly to ensure repeat business and maintain our award winning customer service.
