We are currently looking for a Administration Assistant / Data Entry clerk

Must have customer service experience.

SAGE experience is a must

JOB DESCRIPTION

The person will be responsible for providing customer service to an exemplary
standard. Providing an important link between us and our clients and giving effective
timely reports to the Sales Administration Manager concerning all aspects of our
actual and perceived service and client satisfaction.

Sales Order Processing
This is the core functional area of the role and is concerned with receiving daily orders
and entering all sales orders in the agreed format for the Line200 SAGE system. Using
the DPD / Interlink consignment system for couriers.
Using effective procedures and working Practices to ensure that customer records are
maintained accurately and up to date, with all relevant information required to
support the sales team in developing new and existing business relationships.
Taking steps to pro actively rectify or advise clients in the case of anticipated service
failures and to monitor and resolve delivery and logistics issues.
Switchboard
Maintaining a telephone switchboard presence during normal working hours ensuring
all telephone communications are routed promptly and appropriately and sales
orders or service issues handled with a high level of service.

Required Skills and Qualities
Candidates will have solid background as a Administration Assistant in a
customer service position, preferably in an organisation recognised for great service.
Advanced computer skills: experienced in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and Sage
Accounting Software.
An impeccable standard of written and verbal communication in English.
Administration skills with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines whilst remaining in control and
approachable.
Forward thinker with strong follow through skills, particularly on long term projects
Ability to develop and ensure positive working relationships
Positive and engaging personality. Accessible and responsive to face to face, phone,
written and email communication.
High integrity, consistently meets commitments in a timely and professional manner.
Provide clear and timely information to staff
