My client is an innovative and exciting company in central Brighton that has been established for many years and manufactures superb fire safety products that are renowned in the Europe. The company is highly profitable and is proud of the superb customers that they work with which includes the likes of Portsmouth Football Club, Great Ormond Street, the BBC and Travelodge, to name a few.
This role has numerous opportunities as the company is one that promotes internally and invests a lot of time and effort training employees. After recently winning the Fire Excellence Awards 2011 for their new product Freedor, the company are looking to expand their team of Area Account Managers. They are looking for hard working and sales driven individuals who want to work for a diverse and friendly company that cares about their customers and employees.

The focus of this role is to promote and sell the companies range of products and services in order to meet agreed targets.
· Generating new business through proactive outbound sales activity from a detailed existing company database
· Ability to sell B2B
· Ensuring company database is kept updated and current throughout making calls
· Managing your own time effectively and planning your days workload
· Maintain relationships with existing customers whilst building rapport with new customers through appropriate propositions
· Using ethical sales methods, relevant internal liaison in order to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
· Managing customers accounts from your own dedicated postcode areas on a regular basis
· Ensuring relevant administration and processing of sales is accurate
· Ability to exceed sales and call rate targets
· Ability to successfully work within a fast paced and busy team environment
· Promote all products in a professional manor via direct marketing, mailing and telephone contact.
· Ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of all products and services
· Maximise profit at all levels
· Ability to maintain and improve sales conversions
· To support and help motivate your team whilst creating team morale and enthusiasm
· Monitor your own performance daily alongside your line manager
· To support your line manager in achieving targets and objectives when required
