Vocam is the global industry leader in producing and selling training products for Health & Safety across all industries. We currently have 70 titles delivered by DVD, online and through e-learning. Development is currently under way for Ipad and Android platforms and 3 new video titles are already in production for launch in 2012.

Our UK head office is in Solihull and we are looking for top-flight Area Sales Managers to join our team based in Leeds.

As a Vocam Area Sales Manager, you will be given an exclusive postcode territory within the East Midlands/Yorkshire region. You will effectively “own” this territory, with responsibility to sell the entire Vocam product portfolio from prospecting to closing the sale. You will receive a some leads generated from Vocam marketing initiatives but the bulk of the prospecting will be your responsibility alone.

Working from home, your clients will range from local SME businesses to government agencies and major international corporations. Your targets within these businesses will include Owners and CEOs, HR Directors/Managers, Training Managers and Health & Safety executives.

Full product training will be provided, along with a continuing professional development programme to help you grow a successful and profitable business within your territory.

Order processing, administrative support and client technical assistance will be provided by Vocam.

A proven track record of B2B sales success is essential, preferably in a business services environment, along with an understanding of the power of the Internet. Additional experience of selling within HR or Health & Safety will be a bonus but not essential.

This is a commission-only position with a fair and achievable first-year OTE of between £35,000 and £50,000. A sliding-scale uncapped commission structure will reward you even more for ahead-of-target results.

There is a high (90% +) annual subscription renewal rate on many of the Vocam products, so you will accumulate repeat commissions with your existing customers from year 2, adding to your income from new sales.
