Juice Hospitality are recruiting for a 5* property in Ascot, Berkshire. This venue has a contemporary twist and offers a luxury retreat, an ideal venue close to London yet in Countryside location. We are looking for an experienced Bar Person who can create magical experiences to enhance the guest stay and support this clients ethos. We are looking for someone who has both general wines, spirits and beers experience but in addition they must have knowledge of cocktails and feel comfortable preparing and serving with flair and expertise.



Previous experience in a similar position in a luxury bar environment

•Passion for cocktails and drinks with sound knowledge
•Clear understanding of procedures and techniques
•Desire for delivery of high quality service and standards
•Excellent presentation and organisation skills
•Able to work full time and flexible to meet shift patterns
•Fluent verbal and written English
