Job Description:

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Branch Manager to manage the daily operations of one of our branches based in the Birmingham, London and Solihull areas.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Customer Focus
o Ensuring the Company is portrayed in a smart, professional manner at all times.
o Ensuring all customers receive the highest level of customer care/service at all times.
o Achieving, and wherever possible exceeding, set targets for customer satisfaction feedback scores
o Adhering to Company guidelines, resolving customer problems quickly and efficiently to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
o To ensure excellent product knowledge to provide a competent and detailed information service to customers about all services and merchandise available in branch.
o Delivering a meet and greet service to all customers

Operational
o Accounting for and banking of Company monies as per Company procedure
o Completion of, and accurate and timely submission of, branch administration and paperwork and other administrative duties as required.
o Performance Management and supervision of Valet staff, ensuring all vehicles are checked to Company standards, with vehicle checklists completed prior to customer collection
o Adhering to and ensuring all staff conform to the Company procedure for the distribution, use and stock management of valeting products and chemicals
o Assist as required with the valeting of vehicles

Sales
o Selling of car valeting services and merchandise to customers.
o Achieving and exceeding set targets for car valeting services and merchandise
o Achieving and exceeding set targets for ATV by utilising your excellent product knowledge and matching our services and merchandise to customers requirements
o Identifying and implementing new revenue generating initiatives

Commercial

o Reduce branch operational costs for staffing, chemicals, office supplies and merchandise through the completion of accurate weekly stock takes and analysis of sales results to deliver consumption reports to prevent loss and wastage
o Monitor, develop and implement initiatives to reduce overall branch operational costs and improve branch profitability

Key Relationships:

o Internal: Area Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager & P/T Cashier
o External: Suppliers, Delivery staff, Westfield Centre & Retail Management.
