Job Description

To manage the branch team and deliver sales, service and business targets

Provide an excellent and efficient customer experience

Deliver business, service and sales targets

Ensure branch remains in control of operational risk and T & C requirements at all times

Grow and develop the branch team

Ability to manage people - able to motivate others to perform and deliver

Experience of coaching others

Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in the business

Very detailed understanding of branch control procedures with specific focus on financial security - and the company’s quality standards relating to our customers

Experience of working in an environment where adherence to quality and control procedures is essential

Proven record of consistent achievement of personal sales performance and working within a sales and target based environment

Effective and proven personal sales skills in all product areas

Detailed product and sales process knowledge

Professional and credible - able to personally build strong customer relationships

Focused and driven to exceed expectations

Good knowledge of the personal financial services industry and of competitor activity in your own town

Proven experience of working in a customer focused environment

Resilient under pressure

Capability to manage a team of people, motivate, coach & develop team

Likely to have had previous selling experience.

Good sales management capability and people leadership skills.

Leads by example to motivate and develop team.

Ability to actively work with the team as well as manage them

You will typically manage less than 6 FTE

Will work closely with specialist sellers - Mortgage Adviser or Financial Adviser

You will line manage a Control Manager and a team of Customer Service Adviser's and Personal Banking Adviser’s
