COFFEE AND COFFEE MACHINE Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a special person who has experience in the Coffee Business or Business to Business Sales.

You may be a trained coffee machine engineer looking for a career change, someone who has worked in a cafe bar, restaurant or hotel serving capuccino's and latte's who wants an opportunity to break into sales, or someone who has a proven track record in B2B sales.

You'll be working in your own county so minimal travelling will be required. You will be expected to attend weekly meetings in Solihull.

Café Azzurro provide highest quality coffee and coffee machines to the Pub/Hotel/Restaurant/Catering Business. Due to our fantastic product range, our great team and our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible levels of service our business has continued to grow despite the downturn in the economic environment. We also supply coffee machines and water coolers to all types of businesses.

We are now looking to add individuals to our team. The role is varied but the three main areas are as follows:

1. Making your own appointments on the telephone, or face to face, to visit prospective customers

2. Visiting these appointments and selling our products and service

3. The successful applicant may also be required to visit our customers on a regular basis to perform routine maintenance on their equipment and to train their staff.

There is a lot of cold calling involved so you'll need to be determined, self motivated and tenacious

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to get experience in any of these roles. As this is a results business, you'll receive a small basic/retainer to start with but will be paid extremely high levels of commission- unlikely to be less than £35k in the first year.

Commissions start at £350 per deal and are paid immediately upon completion of the deal. Some deals pay over £1k commission. (Completion being when we have received cleared funds - either from the finance company or the customer)

Own car and clean driving license essential. A company car and larger basic may be offered after a successful probation period.
