Business Development Executive : Healthcare Recruitment.

Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 per annum, competitive commission scheme, career pathway scheme.

In line with our strategic vision and ambitious growth plans we are looking for a Business Development Executive to spearhead growth across our branch network in Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgshire.

The successful candidate will be expected to grow and develop our existing accounts within this region whilst developing new revenue streams from the mental health, learning disability and childrens/young offenders sector. You will be expected to liaise very closely with our operational teams to ensure contract implementation and service delivery whilst meeting contractual standards and KPIs.

You will report directly to our Sales Manager and will work very closely with him to develop, implement and execute key business development strategies. Although this is not a management role you will be expected to have management experience as you will be responsible for guiding and directing our branch office teams.

The Role

- Generation of new revenue streams through our core markets and vertical markets in a defined geographical territory.
- Account manage national and regional contracts to grow our business in line with budget and board expectations.
- Implementing new contract wins in partnership with the operational teams.
- Developing and implementing business development strategies with Sales Manager and Operational teams.
- Developing strong relationships with managed vendors.
- Ensuring company quality systems are being followed and adhered to.
- Supporting Head Office with invoicing and account queries.
- Supporting the Sales Manager to develop regional and national business development strategies in line with corporate goals & objectives.

The Person

- Previous recruitment or healthcare experience is ideal but not essential. Ideally though, you will have conceptual sales experience in a business development role, customer service or call centre environment. You will have a ?hunting business development instinct and enjoy the challenge of winning new business
- You will have a clear understanding of all stages of the sales process and a proven track record of winning new business.
- You will be able to demonstrate experience of developing and executing business strategies.
- You will have experience of developing relationships with key decision makers at all levels.
- You will have experience and be able to demonstrate growth of key accounts.
- You will be highly motivated and ambitious individual capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- You will be financially motivated and eager to develop your career with the company.
