Job Description

The Business Development Representative is the person who will be doing primary lead generation for new opportunities. They will have to target key prospects and identify appropriate contacts to create interest and book appointments for the Account Executives which will ultimately generate new sales of software and services.

Responsibilities include cold calling organisations who have been targeted as potential prospects and have not shown any previous interest in Blackbaud and our products, following up on marketing campaigns and qualifying inbound leads from organisations interested in Blackbaud software
