£17k - £18,500 basic + bonus
Hours are on a shift rota’d basis from 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week.
Full time staff will be required to be flexible across all shifts.
Part time staff will be able to work the late shifts on weekdays, as well as any weekend shifts.
An exciting and forward thinking brand based in Hertfordshire, are looking to recruit 10 experienced and self motivated Call Centre Advisors for their fun and lively Call Centre.
This is a unique opportunity to be the voice of a very successful company, with a great working environment with lots of career progression on offer for the right people. You won’t just be a number within a large Call Centre; you will be part of a small team and genuinely make a difference - as well as being coached, trained and developed by your experienced and motivational Team Leader.
You will be taking 90% inbound calls from customers and 10% proactive courtesy calls to existing customers. The role will be highly customer service focussed, with an element of cross-selling and up selling involved - so you must be full of initiative, with superb communication skills. You will need to work both individually and as a team, in order to meet KPI’s and provide an excellent service to your customers.
The role will be heavily involved in relationship building and you will need to have fantastic rapport building skills and manage customers’ expectations. You will have the ability to deal with all different types of people and get a buzz after putting down the phone after a good call.
You will be incentivised through various competitions and bonus schemes - and will want to be part of a fun team, with a work hard play hard ethos.
This Call Centre isn’t your typical Call Centre; and a lot of time, effort and thought has been put into making it a successful and fun working environment. Your ethos and values will need to mirror this - and you will lead by example and enjoy working in a team orientated environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous Call Centre experience, either inbound or outbound - and be very service focussed, with initiative to see further sales opportunities when taking a call. You will be a natural communicator and be self motivated and passionate about what you do - always striving to be at the very top of your game.
Customer Service skills are also crucial in this position and you must have a passion for interacting with people and providing a 1st class service.
