Role Overview
Part-time from 20 hours at National Living Wage
We are seeking a personable, compassionate, and motivated Mobile Fitness Instructor to deliver structured and engaging exercise sessions to residents across care homes and community settings. You'll support individuals with varying needs, including older adults and people living with dementia, respiratory, and physical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and inclusive fitness sessions tailored to older adults and individuals with specific health conditions.
Travel to multiple care homes and residential settings each week (up to 20 contacts).
Use own vehicle to transport and set up portable fitness equipment provided by Fitness Rush.
Build rapport with residents, carers, and care home staff to foster a welcoming and motivating environment.
Monitor and record attendance and session feedback; contribute to impact reporting.
Communicate with the wider Fitness Rush team to ensure high standards of delivery and continuity of care.
Act as an ambassador for our community values and inclusive fitness mission.
