Job Description

Casual hours to support with covering holiday and short/long term sick. To assist in delivering a service that meets the physical, social and emotional needs of each individual resident in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Understand each resident as an individual and have a general understanding of the elderly. To assist residents which require help with dressing, undressing and personal hygiene. Assist with the preparation of meals, including assisting residents at meal times if required and washing up duties.
