Job Description

We are looking to recruit a professional Chef De Rang to compliment our clients existing team. The basic function of the role is to assist the Head Waiter’s team in maintaining their superior standards in terms of food and quality. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests are treated with an efficient, friendly and courteous service. Your role will involve ensuring Mis en Place and preparation of restaurant and bar room area, running and supervising Commis de Rangs. Always courteous with excellent presentation and knowledge of our products you will be keen to develop your experience in a renowned Michelin star environment.
