Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Duty Manager to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client`s site in Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:

- You will have full accountability for the implementation and delivery of the client`s cleaning specifications and its services in your location.
- You will have responsibility and accountability for all financial overtime and stock control within your location.
- Ensure all training requirements are in place and that staff are suitably trained to undertake their role and fulfil their responsibilities.
- You will lead in the Supervision of the client`s contract, ensuring services meet the requirements of interface with the clients, service providers and stakeholders, to ensure the expectations are being met and any additional services can be supported.


About You:

- A proven track record in cleaning service delivery.
- Experience in implementing, reviewing, and achieving the standard for safety, quality, time and cost and managing a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to operate and build credibility with employees.
- Excellent diplomacy skills combined with the confidence and resilience to handle potential conflict situations.
