Yes? . . . .OCS is currently recruiting for a Duty Manager to join our passionate and driven team in Peterborough, working across the South Region covering areas across Peterborough, Kings Cross and Grantham.

As a member of OCS management team, you will be leading by example, guiding, and getting the most out of your team as well as being an ambassador for excellence.

You will be a champion for OCS & the client, living and breathing the behaviours and being passionate about service expectations. Making critical decisions and delegating on your own will be a large part of being successful in this role, as well as forming strong working relationships with key stakeholders and meeting expectations for your region.

Key Responsibilities:

- The implementation and delivery of the client`s cleaning specifications and its services in your location.
- Take ownership for financial overtime and stock control ensuring robust practices are in place for the management and reporting of these of processes.
- Ensure all training requirements are in place and that staff are suitably trained to undertake their role and fulfil their responsibilities whilst being a mentor for development.
- You will lead in the Supervision of the client`s contract, ensuring services meet the requirements of interface with the clients, service providers and stakeholders, to ensure the expectations are being met and any additional services can be supported.
- Be proactive in your management approach and have you finger on the pulse of all aspects of the business within your region.


About You:

- Someone with a proven track record in cleaning service delivery who thrives on a challenge.
- Someone with excellent time management skills who can manage multiple workloads and multitask efficiently.
- You will have experience in implementing, reviewing, and achieving high standards for safety, quality, cost, and an interactive, open door management style.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to operate and build credibility with employees & key stakeholders.
- Excellent diplomacy skills combined with the confidence and resilience to handle challenging situations with innovative problem-solving skills.
