Pay Rate: GBP11.44

Hours per week: Variable Shift Rota - 16:30 - 19:00 - 12.5 hours per week

Role Overview

OCS is currently recruiting for an evening cleaning operative to join our passionate and driven team in Washington Tyne and Wear on a permanent contract, after a probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cleaning of a large office space which includes desks and IT equipment
- Cleaning of kitchen areas
- Cleaning of toilets and shower rooms
- Vacuuming, Sweeping and Mopping office areas
- Emptying bins
- General dusting of windowsills, Ledges and cabinets
- Other ad hoc tasks as required


You will come into regular contact with our client so you must be able to assist them when required, we also ask you must be able to complete all Health and Safety training as required. The use of chemicals will be a key part of your working day, full PPE is provided.

This is a very active role and includes a very high amount of walking around the site.

About You:

- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Previous experience as a cleaning operative preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Experience in COSHH and manual handling is beneficial
- BPSS and right to work checks required
