Role Overview

We`re recruiting for a Cleaning Senior Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client`s site in Widnes.

At OCS, our cleaners play an important part in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces. As Supervisor, you will ensure that cleaning staff perform their duties efficiently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a safe and hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Facilities Manager in supervising a small team, looking after rotas and holidays.
- Responsible for conducting cleaning audits on a weekly basis and escalating any areas of concern.
- Floor cleaning using scrubber dryers.
- Segregating plastics, cardboard and general waste for recycling purposes.
- Managing the ordering of stock and consumables, updating the stock management system and also the distribution to cleaning cupboards.


About You:

- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as be flexible with working hours and days.
- Strong IT skills.
