Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client`s site in Somerset House The Strand London

The primary role of the Evening Cleaning Supervisor is to ensure that all individual tenanted office areas are maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. As well as being the primary point of contact for cleaning across communal areas, public spaces and event support. Reporting to the Cleaning Manager (CL) and whilst working closely with other Incentive FM supervisors & managers, the Evening Cleaning Supervisor will contribute towards the efficient provision of support services and the proactive dialogue with those stakeholders representing
Somerset House and their clients. The Evening Cleaning Supervisor will ensure that a collaborative approach regarding communications with Somerset House Duty Managers, Event Managers and all other stakeholders
The Evening Cleaning Supervisor performs a vital link between the Incentive FM cleaning supervisors (morning & daytime) ensuring that there is a seamless transition of services through the day and that resources are available to deliver the core contract and support events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
- The supervision of front-line operatives representing the Somerset House brand and its ethos
- Daily liaison with the Visitor Experience Team (primarily Duty Managers) attending regular meetings as directed by line management
- Feedback to line management regarding service delivery issues and overall perception of service delivery
- Undertake regular service audits
- React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame
- Ensure that all operations are conducted safety and appropriate risk assessment is conducted for non-recorded activities
- Notice and report any H&S issues that may arise within the estate
- Assist the Cleaning & Services Managers in delivering a fully compliant operation
- Meet regularly with The Cleaning Manager to discuss service delivery and the changing requirements for the estate
