Job Description

CMM Trainer
Shropshire
£25-30K + company car, bonus scheme

My client design and manufactures Coordinate Measuring Machines. They are specialists in their field offering machines, systems and software.

They also provide a wide range of aftermarket services including CMM and software installations, calibration and training, subcontract inspection, measurement and part programming services; recalibration, retrofits and upgrades; plus ongoing service and support contracts.

They are currently looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to provide in house training.

Main duties would include;

-Carry out external & internal application training to agreed standards, ensuring the complete of all relevant training documentation
-Provide customer support.
-Meeting all reasonable customer requests for telephone support when under contract or warranty to be met.

The successful applicant should have a good knowledge in Advanced Coordinate Metrology. A confident professional telephone manner is essential and experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
